I Need Lose Weight. Time to Change Life!

If you need lose weight and already tried a lot of diets and weight loss programs which didn’t work for you, I am glad you have found this site and I strongly suggest you keep reading. Because this is my truth story how I finally start losing weight without gaining it back.
I am four lovable girls’ mother. After each of oldest three daughters I had gained weight and it was normally. I needed around 4-6 months to get my previous weight. I and my husband have thought that we wouldn’t have more children. But it happened again, thanks God! A fourth daughter was born when I was almost 40.
But story is not about my family. Story is about me and my long battle with overweight. After youngest child I have started to gain weight and couldn’t stop that. I went from 134 lb before pregnancy to 196 lb after 1 year after childbirth. First year I didn’t worry about how I look, what other people say. Then I started to avoid some of parties and especially official receptions, where we were invited. Ah gosh, I am very companionable person and I have missed it. Why I did it? I do not know, but I started to find excuses for myself such I don’t have a dress to wear (I have a beautiful dresses), I don’t want to go there (actually I wanted it) and you name it…
When I become 42, I sad to myself: I need lose weight! Period! I start to search different diets, mostly they were starvation diets. Yes, they help me lost some 5-7 pounds, even 15 pounds for 12 days, but after couple of weeks I have get them back, if not more. I have tried exercise and jogging, but it just kept my weight constant. I remember how I tantalized my family when I was on diet. I was nervous, very nervous, because all time I wanted to eat. Brrrr…
Then my husband came across some diet program’s website which offers diet with eating more and losing weight. He asked me to try, especially that they promised money back within 60 days, if I am not satisfied. So, I’ve got dieting guide to download to my computer and access to diet generator program. In diet generator I have chosen foods what I prefer to eat for next two weeks. It generated my first 2 weeks diet and …
I was very skeptical about all this; I even haven’t stepped on scales for first four days. After 5 days on this diet I decided to check my weight. The scale showed 2.2 lb minus. After 2 weeks I lost 5.6 lb. Not much, but weight didn’t come back. Now, after 7 months, I already lost 42 lb and continue losing weight. And all in all, I have got my social life back. I join to my husband in morning run every second day (before it was very hard and I avoided it). I could wear my favorite dresses and don’t try to hide my legs and “life-buoy” around my waist under fly-away and long clothes anymore.
I love their diet generator; it let me choose foods which I could buy just in nearest grocery store. Even my family accept most of meals what I prepare. What else I like in this site, it different of other membership sites. You only pay once and use it instantly without monthly fee. They safe our money and changed my life. One minus for me, with my job it is very difficult to keep eating five times a day.

If I Need Lose Weight Urgently! Part Three.
Is it possible to lose 5-6 lbs for very short term, for example, for three days? Dietitians assert that it is possible. It is necessary to “sit” on vegetable soup, strictly observing recommendations – and superfluous lbs disappear. Within three days you allowed to drink only water, unsweetened tea, a cranberry berry juice. Not any alcoholic and soft drinks! But soup you could afford each time as will get hungry, and, in any quantities.
Day one: only soup and any fruit, except bananas.
Day two: soup and how much wish crude vegetables, except a string bean, peas and corn. At lunch it is possible to eat one baked potato with a butter slice. This day no fruit!
Day three: a soup, any vegetables and fruit and how much you wish.
Prepare soup.
6 carrots, 2 green pepper, a head of cabbage, a bunch of a celery, the big bunch of green onions, a half-one-liter jar of the cleared tomatoes, 2 cans of green peas (250 grams), 2 chicken or beef stock-cubes, salt, pepper, parsley – to taste.
The cleared vegetables small cut, place together with stock-cubes in the big pot and on one third fill in with water. Lead a liquid to boiling and cook on slow fire for 10 minutes. In process of preparation add boiling water, then lower fire and give to vegetables to braise, till they become soft.
Recommendation
All these diets have short period of work and do not recommended to use them often.

I Need Lose Weight Fast! Part Two.
Hi there, really short post with quick diets from 3 days to 2 weeks. Chose what is most fit to your palate.
The 3-day diet from Sofia Loren
The seventy… -year-old film star continues to surprise surrounding with perfect forms of the tremendous figure. « It is necessary to watch yourself – normally eat, do not use an alcohol, doing sports and sleep not less then 7-8 hours», – speaks about their irresistibility Sofia Loren. And advises the diet what she checked up herself.
Day one
Breakfast: 170 grams of orange juice, boiled egg.
Lunch: salad from any vegetables with 60 grams sliced turkey and low-fat cheese.
Dinner: 115 grams macaroni with shrimps; salad with low-calorie refueling. Dessert: 1 apple.
Day two
Breakfast: a cup of rough grinding cereals with skim milk.
Lunch: salad from fresh fruit and a half-cup of the pressed cottage cheese.
Dinner: 115 grams spaghetti with meat balls from a lean turkey; the leaves of salad mixed with lean refueling. Dessert: 1 pear.
Day three
Breakfast: toasts with low-fat cheese.
Lunch: 115 grams green salad with boiled chicken.
Dinner: 170 grams lasagnas from low-fat cheese, the big salad from various greens with lean refueling. Dessert: 2 peaches.
Mandatory – 1-2 liters of water a day.
A carrot diet
Fresh carrots grate or crush in a blender, add juice of 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon of honey, and any fruit on a choice. Mix mass and use instead of breakfast, lunch and dinner for 3 days. For the fourth day you can variegate with small portion of fried potato and with slice of bread, and on the fifth day – you start eat as usually.
The sparing diet is very useful to organism because contains all of necessary components of a healthy food. Don’t mash with this diet for long, it is enough to keep it no more than seven days.
1st breakfast: a glass of unsweetened tea/cup of black coffee without sugar
2nd breakfast: 40 grams cheese
Lunch: hard boiled egg, 120 grams low-fat meat, which is better boiled or prepared on pair, 20 grams some cheese
Afternoon snack: a glass of unsweetened tea
Dinner: 125 grams boiled meat, chop up fine vegetables with vegetable oil. Before sleep you should drink a glass of mint tea.
The salad diet
It is calculated for two weeks and will help to dump up to 15 lbs of weight – that is what we need to shape up before New Year.
First week
During the day you could drink 1 liter of 1 % kefir (Greek yogurt).
Breakfast: 30 minutes before salad drink a glass of water with a lemon. Make fruit salad of a green apple, a pear, an orange or a tangerine – fill salad with yogurt with 1 % fat content.
Lunch and dinner: from any vegetables, except a potato, make salad and fill it with a lemon juice or olive oil, without salt.
Second week
All the same, only add 100 grams lean meat without salt for lunch. During a diet drink green tea and water with a lemon. Try not to do the big portions.

Hi there friends. I decided to write about some so called quick diets, what I used to use before I found diet program that helps me a lot. These diets could help you to prepare yourself for some event, when you discovered that have gained some pounds. It is disturbing when your dress doesn’t fit you anymore. Some of these diets could help to get rid of 2-3 lb, some 5-7 lb. Further presented diets, developed by dietitians, will help to leave unwanted pounds. Now say yourself “I need lose weight fast!†and just pick up for you most suitable variant which will help to grow thin and clear an organism quickly.
The milk diet
Advantage of dairy products is indisputable, and specially made diets on their basis help not only to dump excess weight, but also to lower cholesterol level in blood. Following such diet, remember that dairy products are counter-indicative to those who suffer an allergy on dairy fiber.
Besides, milk does not provide an organism with the necessary quantity of fats, proteins and carbohydrates, therefore don’t use it longer then one week. But we have enough this time to prepare the figure for a meeting of new event!
Milk with tea
Appoint dairy-tea day. For drink preparation put in a pot 2-3 tablespoons of green tea and fills in 1 liter of hot low-fat boiled milk. Drink by small swigs and in the small portions till 18 o’clock. This day except a tea drink permissibly to drink to two liters of water.
Jarotsky diet
Recommended to people, who are suffering from high blood pressure. Milk should be drunk in the warmed-up kind.
The first breakfast: 100 grams slightly sweetened cottage cheese, a glass of milk
The Second breakfast: a half-glass of milk

I need lose weight now! What to do if till event left 3-4 days.
We received invitation to some event after couple of weeks, we are opening ours wardrobe with closes and: Oh no, nothing does fit. What are we doing? We are going to our sweet freezer and “nail it up”. However, one day later, maximum one and half, we open it again and smack ours lips thinking about yummy and fatty meal.
After week we “nail freezer up” again for some hours, mightily starving, victimize our family, ourselves, but finally going to the kitchen.
Within a pause between inquisition and tendency for meal, we are trying to find fortune inside “Hollywood”, “French” or other diets.
Already written many times that it is impossible to become a beautiful within 3 days!
Nevertheless, what is possible? Lose a couple of pounds, to flash with slim belly at X hour and after a day stop our good pledge. I do not speak that we do not have willpower and perseverance. I just mean a simple Nature law, what we cannot change. Or do we?.. For luck we could cheat it, but not for long time.
What to do, if until X hour left 3-4 days and I need lose weight?
Without fail refuse a dinner and replace it with Greek yogurt (kefir), dog-rose tea or with another unsweetened yucky drink from herbs or berries that our stomach knows. If refusing evening meal is too barbaric for you, it is possible to prepare an evening salad from tomatoes and cucumbers without oil and salt. Bread we replace with dietetic cracker. No red apples and oranges – inside them a lot of “dangerous” for waist simple carbohydrates – in simple language sugar.
What we get from that: our body gets rid of unwanted water and small amount of fat. That mean – 2-3 cm from waist’s size. Beside that, cheekbones become more impressive and together with hungry radiance in eyes bring additional sexuality to your look.
NB: To all questions and compliments from friends just answer with winsome smile. They don’t need to know that you reach so “quick” and amazing effect with small and childlike means, just to get “think” our body where is my favorite meals in the evenings.
How long: Unfortunately, at the end of first week our body is stopping reduce weight and starts saving calories. Insufficient calories it gets from our muscles. Then it will be enough to tantalize not more then 5 days – you could return to your usual dinner. Although nobody restrict to you at least 1-2 times a week replace a dinner with already familiar salad, just for prophylaxes.
