it helps a little, I think
Started taking this product, still on the low carb diet, and also take Primaforce Max CLA 180 Softgels + Free 25 Grams Raspberry Ketones Powder since it helps with energy and is supposed to raise fat burning levels. Well, I still have a long way to go but 3 weeks and 7 pounds later is a success as far as I’m concerned. I will continue to take these products and exercise three times a week. Trying to get away from the low carb thing but will stay on it for the time being if I can stand it.
