Fat Burning Diet Pills – Do They Really Work?

The so-called miracle in a bottle: fat burning weight loss pills are one of the latest rapid weight loss sensations that have hit the market. Most of us would love to be able to eat whatever we want, whenever we want and also happily avoid any form of exercise. So it is no surprise that any product claiming to help us lose weight quickly just by taking a few pills each day is very enticing.
So the million dollar question we want to know is: do fat burning weight loss pills really work? Well you can probably guess that if something sounds too good to be true it usually is. Diet pills are not a miracle cure by any stretch of the imagination. They can be effective for some individuals however the dangers involved to your health definitely outweigh any benefits.
Basically there are two types of weight loss pills available on the market today. Firstly there is the ephedra-based weight loss pill which affects the central nervous system. This medication can help your body burn calories more quickly but the side effects which include seizures and heart attacks are way too dangerous that unfortunately we definitely cannot recommend ephedra-based diet pills to anyone.
The second type available is herbal fat burning diet pills. These are a natural alternative which are strongly promoted to those who want to lose weight quickly. When you take the herbal fat burning pills you may initially experience weight loss results in the first few days, but you will soon discover that your weight loss quickly comes to a standstill. This is due to the fact that the herbal fat burning diet pills are diuretics. Diuretics work by stripping your body of excess water at a fast rate. What this means is you will lose weight which is only water weight instead of fat. This extreme water loss can place a strain on your body and be very risky to your health. Your body is potentially left dehydrated as well as physically and mentally fatigued.
It would be fantastic if these fat burning diet pills were the magic bullet that the manufacturers claim they are, but unfortunately that is not the case. You would be best to avoid diet pills altogether and adopt a good healthy diet instead. Choose a healthy eating plan that complements your lifestyle and combine it with regular exercise. Rapid weight loss can still be achievable but remember you won’t find it in a so-called miracle diet pill.


None of those weight loss or fat burning pills are good. I use green tea pills, only because they give me energy. They dont help you lose weight, they just give u that boost of energy that you need to go work out.

If they really worked you would here about them from legitimate sources-not just their own commercials and ads-
they can help your metabolism a little-but nothing noticable-people that supposedly have sucess are those who actually lost the weight through diet and exercise-the pills didn’t have anything to do with it
More important than losing fat is increasing basic metabolism and improving stamina. If you do these, you automatically get into good shape and enjoy life more.
I’d recommend exercises with a lot of movement, like aerobics, kickboxing, or tennis. Depending on your tastes and activity partners, you could also go in for trekking, cycling, swimming, etc.
If you don’t feel up to those, yoga is a good option. It’s best for improving body flexibility and relaxation. And it’s easier to get into than an action-oriented activity.

Doing exercises that target certain muscle groups will work to increase muscle mass on those areas. To burn fat, just general exercise (jogging, running, bicycling, swimming etc) will burn fat but it will burn fat evenly across the body. There is no way to target certain areas for fat burning.
Pills can increase muscle mass, but once you stop taking them, the muscle mass will decrease. They also have adverse affects on your heart and arteries/veins that could greatly increase your risk of a heart attack.
Hey there. I am trying to lose around 20 pounds. I think the best thing that you can do for yourself is to keep eating healthy. I usually eat a protein shake in the morning. A light snack at around 10. Then I will eat a 300-500 calorie meal for lunch. Then I will eat another snack around 2. Then I will have another 300-500 calorie meal for dinner.
My personal trainer told me that I need to keep my daily calories at 1500 calories, and to eat 5 times a day. And, to take a multivitamin. He also suggested a fat burn 1 (from Pure Fitness, I think it is Apex brand), and that would aid my fat loss.
He also put me on a cardio and weight training workout that I would be happy to share with you if you would like. He said it is important to do weight training because then you will build your lean muscle mass, which allows you to increase your metabolism and burn more calories.
You should loose 2-3 lbs per week. It is going to take me 3 months to get to my goal. As for your legs, try lunges and squats. You can do walking lunges, standing lunges, squats, wall sits, ect. You cannot always rush weight loss. Unfortunately.

Pills don’t work, its all bananas. The only thing that did help me was pure protein drinks since I eat smaller portions of 5 meals a day to boost my metabolism. It worked as a good meal replacement.
